OUR MINISTRIES
SERVING OUR CHURCH, OUR COMMUNITY AND THOSE AROUND THE WORLD
LITTLE LAMBS
We have two nurseries for both infants and toddlers provided for each service. Upon arrival you may check-in your child(ren) with the designated nursery worker. This ministry is completely optional and by no means required.
|
JOSIAH CLUB
Through our Youth Program we offer age specific Sunday School classes for all ages of young people every Sunday morning. Each Sunday evening those same groups meet for bible lessons and are provided a meal and time to play.
|
GENERATION NEXT
While they are certainly a part of the church today, we strive to enable and equip our teens to be the leaders that the church will need tomorrow. We work to instill a desire and a knowledge of service within the hearts of the next generation.
|
HELPFUL HANDS
Our ladies ministry, led by our pastor's wife, Amanda, meets monthly for bible study together, as well as, throughout the year for various ladies' only gatherings and outings for fellowship.
|
MEN OF VALOR
Equipping men to be the leaders of both their home and their families as God intended. Our men meet throughout the year for various times of food and fellowship to support one another.
|
AGED SAINTS
Seniors saints never grow too old to be greatly used of God. They have paved the way, endured the hardships and remained faithful and we strive to make sure they are never forgotten within our church.
|
ADULT FISHING TOURNAMENT
As a church with a lot of bass fishermen, we host an annual fishing tournament on Melton Hill Lake. We have a pre-tournament registration and dinner where people with like interest get involved around the word of God.
|
WILD GAME DINNER AND SERVICE
We provide an annual Wild Game Dinner to which our men and ladies alike meet for a time of fellowship and enjoy a dinner with wild game that has been harvested by members of our church.
|
THE KID'S FISHING DAY
In an effort to get children out in God's creation, we have an annual Kid's Fishing Day where we give out prizes and provide food for all the families that participate. This is not only for our church, but for everyone who wishes to participate.
|
FALL FESTIVAL
Our annual Fall Festival has become a great way to reach out to our community and provide a means to meet new people on common ground. We allow vendors to set up their craft tables and feed all who attend. The children enjoy crafts, pony and hay rides. The local fire department attends to judge our in-house chili cook-off.

MISSIONS MINISTRY
Knowing that Jesus instructed his people to go into all the world we faithfully, prayerfully and financially support missionaries that minister here in the United States, as well as, many who are in foreign countries.
We have also provided relief funds for those who have faced natural disasters here in the US. |
ASSISTED LIVING
We meet the 3rd Sunday afternoon of each month to minister in song and word at the Autumn Care Assisted Living facility in Karns. We also, periodically throughout the year, send gifts to all the residents there. It's an opportunity to offer encouragement and a time of worship with people that may not get to attend a church.
