SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY
We do not take for granted that every parent that brings their child to our church has entrusted Solway Baptist Church to make sure their child is properly tended to and taken care of. With that in mind we have policies and procedures in place that dictate and determine the measures that each teacher and/or assistant is to take while your child is in their care. We have members who are certified childcare providers, licensed Registered Nurses and certified CPR providers.
WHAT WE DO
- We maintain contact with each child's parent via text while your child is in the care of our nursery workers during any service.
- We provide each parent with a copy of our Policies And Procedures paperwork so that every parent knows to what length our ministry workers have been trained and instructed.
- We take into consideration any physical or learning disabilities and provide them with one-on-one assistant that is educated and able to minister to that child while not alienating them from the rest of their peers. We want all of our children to grow and learn together.
- We also take into consideration any allergies that a child might have while preparing meals for our young people.
- While in the care of our church workers your child is never left without at least two adults tending to and watching over them at any given time.
WHAT WE OFFER
- We offer to every child an opportunity to learn about Jesus in an environment that is catered to their age and learning ability.
- We offer to every parent the transparency to attend a class where their child will be as a means to see first hand that their child is important to us and have the peace of mind that every child will be properly taken care of.
